Data for Good Exchange

Bloomberg is producing a free "Data for Good Exchange" on June 18 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at its Tech Hub (140 New Montgomery, 22nd Fl., San Francisco). The event convenes data scientists for a look at the ways data science is being used to address California’s water crisis and to mitigate the impact of climate change. Guest speakers include Kate Gordon, Director of the California Governor’s Office of Planning and Research; Dr. Meredith M. Lee, Founding Executive Director of the West Big Data Innovation Hub; Patrick Atwater, Co-Founder and Executive Director of ARGO Labs; Chaeny Emanavin, Director of California Health and Human Services Office of Innovation; and David Baker, Bloomberg News' Energy and Cleantech Reporter.
