In-memory Computing Principles - Abstract
Overview of general in-memory computing principles and drivers behind it. In-memory computing platforms like GridGain combine clustering, high performance computing, in-memory data grids, streaming and Complex Event Processing (CEP) and Hadoop acceleration into one unified and easy to use platform - delivering unprecedented performance and scalability gains to a wide spectrum of today’s data processing applications. In-memory computing is used by hundreds of companies around the globe in financial industry, mobile payments and in-game merchant platforms, hyper-local advertisement and medical imaging, cognitive analytics and natural language processing applications.
