With 7 years of experience spanning Retail, FMCG and enterprise Distribution, Mariam is currently focused on building data products for a global apparel and footwear corporation - from Investment Analytics and Order Line Profitability to TAX compliance systems - leading product and data initiatives end to end. Graduated from International School of Economics at TSU (ISET) with a Master's in Economics and holder of an MBA, Mariam's interest lies in innovation through technology.
๐น Lasha Gochiashvili - Beyond dashboards: the AI-native future of business intelligence Lasha Gochiashvili is Senior Manager, AI Technical Solutions at Ingersoll Rand, where he leads the development of enterprise-grade AI and analytics products that help drive business growth, automation, and data-driven decision-making across a global Fortune 500 organization. Over the past eight years, he has designed and delivered production AI systems, machine learning solutions, AI agents, and large-scale analytics platforms used by hundreds of business users worldwide.
Lasha holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Touro University (USA) and a Master of Science in Data Science and Analytics from the University of Warsaw (Poland). His work focuses on bridging business strategy with modern AI technologies, helping organizations move from traditional business intelligence toward intelligent, AI-powered decision-making.
