Speaker: Foong Yi Zhuan is the product manager of data.gov.sg, where he's trying to make Singapore's open data more discoverable, understandable and usable.
Prior to Open Government Products, he led data analytics and engineering teams at startups in the US, building everything from data warehouses and ETL pipelines to data visualisations and ML models.

This is the 1st in a series of talks held this semester in tandem with Master of Science in Tech and Design: Human Centered Design for Information Visualization module.
