Fresh Pond Swelter- 5.5 Miles

The weather may be hot, but the ponds are Fresh. Come share shared suffering with a group of intrepid fellow runners. This is a zero-drop run, meaning we run for a little bit and then stop to let everybody catch up. Because we stay together as a group, we ask that all runners are able to keep a minimum pace of 10 min/mile.

The waiver only needs to be filled out once per year but is required even if you have previously attended DSR events.
