Pace: 3.0 mph

This hike will be about 5 miles at a brisk pace of 3.0 mph. Wear sturdy hiking/walking shoes and bring trekking poles if desired. There are a few hills and trails are likely to be muddy. Bring water and dress for the weather.

No pets please.

Hiking a loop trail going between two big hills and a few smaller hills in-between beginning and ending at the Paw Paw Pavilion parking lot. Will be passing by the parking lot after each loop. You can do one, two or three loops.

Each loop takes about 30 minutes, so you can join in after first or second loop if you prefer but sign up and post when you are coming so we know to be looking for you.

Meet by the restroom area.
Will be starting 10am promptly.

Three loops, both hills three times each - 5.25 miles
Two loops, both hills two times each - 3.5 miles
One loop, both hills one time each - 1.75 miles

Averaging 3.5 mph usually or between 17 to 18 minutes per mile.
Is a strenuous hike at this pace…at least for me.

No dogs please on this hike.

Do whatever you can do or want to do.

We will do a 5-6 mile neighborhood hike (3 mph) through historic Lebanon. (We will include Colonial Trail if it is not too muddy.)

Some attendees opt to go to the Village Parlor afterwards for a meal or ice cream.
We will meet at 300 S. East St., Lebanon, OH 45036 in the parking lot. If you have questions I can be reached at 513-327-8168.
