April 5th is the American Heart Association's National Walking Day!
Let's celebrate with a 5.5 mile, ~2 hour, moderate+ pace, walk in the woods.
We will hike the yellow, brown, blue, red trails and lots of unmarked trails to stitch together a 5 mile hike with minimal overlap. You will see plenty of pretty scenery on this hike. Meet at the Nature Nook parking lot on McEwen Road. The route is mostly flat with a couple of short hills.
Recommended Equipment: Trekking poles and water.
