We will hike 4 1/2 miles with an option to do an extra mile on what was the secret trail to nowhere (at a moderate pace of 2 3/4-3mph) . This is not necessary a beginner hike as we will have about 8 creek crossings on large stones. Your feet should stay dry on these crossings. There will also be a small section of roots and rocks in the trail. The hike will be cancelled in the event of hazardous weather. Hiking poles is a good option for this hike. No dogs on this hike please. If you sign up for the hike and for some reason you can’t make it, Please edit your RSVP to not going. We will meet at the McGuffey Meadow trail head on Wilmington pike.
