Urban Hike: "The Neighborhoods" KIDS DAY AT RIVERSCAPE

Lets get together and explore the unique areas and neighborhoods the Dayton area has to offer!

For this Urban Hike let's take the kids and grandkids to The Healthy Kids day sponsored by 5 Rivers Metro Parks and the YMCA. @ Riverscape Metro Park under the big tent.

I had this scheduled before but I didn't think I could make it. Looks like a fun day for the kids at one of my favorite metro parks.

It's probably going to be crowded but parking will be free on the streets and in some lots around the park/tent.

I'll have a yellow smiley face balloon but you may need to call or text me in case we are walking around doing the activities. I'll bring my 6 year old granddaughter... she's so fun!

Let's do a small walk under the tunnel and across the bridge to Deeds Point Metro Park to see the Wright Brothers statue and the Greater Dayton School. I think the kids will like being on the bridge etc. If you want to do the walk meet me at the concession stand... I'm going to try and keep this yellow balloon from blowing away lol. Text or call me if needed. Let's meet for the walk at 2pm.

You can come when you want. The hours are from 12 to 4.
