Hike & Tone at Hills and Dales MetroPark

New Date! We'll start at White Oak Camp with a circuit workout, followed by a moderate paced 3 mile hike through Hills and Dales MetroPark. We'll stop along the way for an invigorating fitness boost of jumping jacks, squats or pushups.
All fitness levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
No pets, please. One guest permitted.
