Distance - 7.5 miles 850-900 feet of elevation gain
Pace - approximately 3.0 mph (brisk )

This is a fitness/ conditioning hike. We will hike up in the woods on the hills. There will be No breaks till the end. You will have an opportunity to get off trail and go back to your vehicle about every10-15 minutes if you can’t finish. I will go into more details before we start. If rain/storms/high winds are in the forecast I may cancel. Please check here for updates before heading out.
