Tree Sapling Maintenance - Amon Reserve

Details
Three dates: May 25, June 1 and 8
Join Skip Beehler and help with maintenance on the trees Beaver Creek Wetlands Association planted several years ago. Some are now tall enough that they no longer need the protective cage. For those trees, we will remove cages by disassembling them. Pliers and wire snips may be helpful if you have them. Cages will be carried out of the planted area and to a storage location at Amon Reserve. Some trees are infested with grape vines. We will cut out the grapevine in all sizes of trees. Other maintenance items will be explained on-site.
Dress for wet grass, ticks, and occasional thorny vines. Bring work gloves, boots if you have them, and/or sturdy shoes, water, bug spray, and sunscreen.

Every week on Sunday until June 8, 2025
