Volunteer: Christmas Party Room Setup

Volunteers are needed to set up the room at St. Leonard's for the Christmas Party.

Nov 29 Update: Our plan is to carry in all the supplies, set up the tables/chairs, and decorate. Due to a double-booking issue with St Leonard, some of the setup will be done the next day, like putting on table cloths, centerpieces, setting out the paper products and tableware.

Helpers are needed to decorate, set up the room, and arrange tables & chairs. An event like this can't happen without volunteers. Please help!
