Let's take advantage of a warmer December day with a workout and hike! We'll start with a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout comprised of exercises like jumping jacks, squats, lunges, and pushups. Afterward we'll head out for a brisk 3-mile hike. Meet at the shelter near Smith House.

As a courtesy to the other attendees, please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start at the scheduled time.

In the event of severe weather, this event will be canceled. Please check for updates.
