🎅🏻🎄 Christmas Hike: Downtown Churches & Architecture ⛪🏛️ + Deck the Diamond ⚾✨

Overview: Celebrate the season with a festive urban adventure through the heart of downtown Dayton! Join us for a Christmas-themed city hike highlighting historic churches, beautiful architecture, and classic holiday displays—then cap off the evening with the dazzling lights of Deck the Diamond at Day Air Ballpark. Come for the hike, the lights, or enjoy both! See the schedule below.

⛪🏛️ Urban Christmas Hike (5–6 miles) We’ll set out on a scenic walk through downtown Dayton, admiring the city dressed up for the holidays. Along the way, we’ll pass eight historic churches and iconic buildings, including the Dayton Art Institute, Masonic Center, Greek Orthodox Church, Courthouse Square, and make a special stop to see the beloved Rike’s Christmas display at the Schuster Center.

⚾✨ Deck the Diamond ($12) After the hike, head to Day Air Ballpark for Deck the Diamond, a magical winter spectacular where the ballpark transforms into a glowing holiday wonderland. Enjoy over 1.1 million twinkling lights, synchronized light shows set to music, and themed holiday displays. Stay as long as you like—the ballpark closes at 9:00 pm.
