🌟 Ready to prepare for an unforgettable journey on the Camino de Santiago? 🌟
Do you have plans to hike on the Camino de Santiago this spring or summer? Maybe in the fall? Future plans? Or just want to join a really cool urban hike? Then join us for this Camino de Santiago Conditioning hike and get in shape! 🥾✨The pace of this hike will 3.0 mph, a little more or less.
This adventure is designed to simulate the terrain of the Camino's French and Portuguese Ways. This all hard-surface hike with gentle hills is the perfect opportunity to build your endurance and get your feet accustomed to the Camino experience—all while surrounded by a supportive group of fellow Camino enthusiasts.
🚶♂️ Our Route: We will hike the Medlar path down to the Great Miami River, then into downtown Miamisburg for a snack and refreshment break. From there we will hike up Mound Road and to the top of Miamisburg Mound for a commanding view of the countryside. We'll retrace our steps back downtown and take a slightly different way back to Medlar. Total distance is about 12 miles.
👟 What to bring? Comfortable shoes, a day pack with water, snacks, and extra layers—your Camino essentials!
