Learn what it takes to light a fire in the backcountry. Participants will have a hands-on opportunity to build different fire structures, try different lighting methods, and make their own fire starters. We will talk about Leave No Trace ethics, lighting fires in adverse conditions, and more! This is a great class for beginners who are looking for backcountry skills and confidence. Weather Dependent.
