⚜️Volunteer: Chat About Hiking & Trails to Scouting Leaders ⚜️

⚜️🌲 Volunteers Needed – Help Inspire the Next Generation of Scouts! 🌲⚜️

We’re looking for a few friendly volunteers to chat informally about hiking trails in the Dayton area at an upcoming Scouting America Leaders event.

Your role is simple and fun: chat with adult Scout leaders about great hiking spots around the Dayton area and share ideas on where their troops can explore the outdoors and work toward merit badges. 🥾

This is a leaders-only event (no scouts attending), focused on helping new leaders discover the best outdoor opportunities our region has to offer.

If you enjoy talking trails, sharing local knowledge, and helping others connect with nature—this is a great way to make an impact!

All table materials will be provided by me (Andy Niekamp) and I will be in attendance.

TIMELINE:

6:00 pm - Doors will open for setup at 6:00pm
6:30 pm - Participants will begin arriving at 6:30pm for a gathering
7:00 pm - Opening ceremony and remarks from our executive team
7:15 pm - Inormation portion-browsing tables- gather information
8:15 pm - Event concludes
