We'll begin with a circuit workout (squats, pushups, jacks) before heading out for a 4.5 - 5 mile moderately brisk (2.8 - 3.0 mph) hike. Terrain is a mix of paved and natural surface trails with one or more water crossing. There will be a 3 mile option. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow for range of motion. Bring water.

Meet under the pavilion near Smith House. Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start so we may begin on time.
