The Narrows Reserve Hike (Brisk)

Sunday's hike will be at The Narrows Reserve, 4 -5 miles at 3.00 to 3.3 miles per hour. Meet in the parking lot. 2575 Indian Ripple Road Xenia Ohio 45385. Hike starts at 8:15.am. There will be stairs to climb, a meadow to traverse and trails that have tree roots, you may want trekking poles.
