ππ’ Spectacular Sunday Six β Scenic Spotted Turtle Trail Stroll! π₯ΎπΏ
Details
βοΈπ Let's enjoy the beautiful fall colors with a scenic 6-mile hike at a steady pace of approximately 3 mph along the Spotted Turtle Trail in the Beaver Creek Wetlands!
πΏ Our adventure will take us through Amon Reserve on its beautiful boardwalks, Beerman Fen, and Valle View South Reserve. We'll follow a ΒΎ-mile sidewalk section across I-675, then continue through Community Park along Beaver Creek to Garland Road.
π From there, we'll turn around and enjoy a slightly different route on our return journey, taking in more of the wetlands' autumn beauty!
π§ No pets. One guest.
π§ Recommended: Trekking poles, footwear that will get muddy or wet, drinking water, and snacks.
A Friendly Guide to Sharing the Trails: As we hike, we'll be sharing the path with others. To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, let's be mindful of how we communicate. Instead of loud call-outs, let's use quiet voices and enjoy the sounds of nature. π¦ When encountering others, we can simply move to the right to let them pass. β‘οΈ If someone is coming up behind our group, a quiet message passed up the line works perfectly. There's no need to yell, stop or leave the trail entirely; just making a little space is all that's needed for everyone to share the path gracefully. βοΈ
