• Since slots are limited and prep is needed including character distribution, payments would be taken in advance.
• Cancellation fee $19 after 10th September.
• Since each game is around 150 minutes, do be courteous and not abandon a game in the middle. Be mindful of other players
• Photos or videos may be taken during the event for memory-sharing or promotional use by the organizer.
• Any form of harassment, aggressive behavior, or intoxication will result in immediate removal from the event.
• Address will be given to attendees only.
