What we're about

ROCKLAND COUNTY DEPRESSION AND BIPOLAR SUPPORT GROUP
We've been there. We can help. We share and continuously seek understanding and acceptance of the situations surrounding Bipolar Disorder, Depression, other Mood Disorders and Dual Diagnosis. Through frank and open discussion, compassion, and real support the many individuals of the Rockland Chapter of DBSA have come together to create a cohesive unit that is vibrant and alive and offers hope and the means to help people help themselves. This group should be a welcomed part of your wellness program. If you are a family member, or friend, of an individual dealing with Bipolar Disorder, Depression, or other Mood Disorder, or are struggling with a Dual Diagnosis, the same applies. Peer-to-peer support is a proven path to recovery and wellness. If you are looking for a safe place, for people who can truly help you help yourself to change your life, waste no more time look no further, we'd love to see you on Thursday nights.

Currently, we are meeting in person and virtually via Zoom. If you can attend in person, please do so. If you cannot attend in person, you can of course join via Zoom.Rockland County DBSA Website
