Dear Conversation Circle friends,
I want to share an important update with you. Our online ESOL Conversation Circle will have its final session with me as your facilitator on September 30th. It has truly been a joy to spend this time together each week—practicing English, laughing, learning, and discovering more about one another’s cultures and experiences. You’ve built a warm, welcoming community, and I’m grateful to have been part of it.
The class will continue with a new facilitator at a date still to be determined. When the next session becomes available, you’ll be able to find it by visiting dclibrary.org and clicking on “Events.”
Thank you for your kindness, your curiosity, and your willingness to share your stories. This group has been a wonderful experience because of each of you.

Drop into our ONLINE conversation circle, sponsored by the DC Public Library to practice your English language skills. No advanced registration is necessary. Just RSVP. If you're an adult non-native speaker of English who'd like to practice English, we'd love to meet you. You must be able to speak and understand English at the advanced beginner level or above. Oh and did I mention it's FREE?
We meet every Monday and Wednesday 6-8pm Eastern time, but folks show up from all over the world: Brazil, Japan, China, Indonesia, Russia, Colombia, Mexico, Afghanistan, Peru, Ukraine, Chile, Ethiopia. Half the fun is talking to people from so many places on earth.
