Arlington Cemetery

Details
After visiting the War Memorials, it's only fitting that we visit Arlington National Cemetery, where many military service members are buried. Past and present U.S. presidents and vice presidents are allowed to be buried at Arlington. Currently, William Howard Taft and John F. Kennedy are the only presidents buried in the prestigious location. Those serving as Justices of the Supreme Court are also allowed to be buried at Arlington.
We'll walk quite a distance to see the two presidents, the Tomb of the Unknowns (and watch the changing of the guard), the Supremes, and the gravesite of the greatest freedom fighter of the United States: Medgar Evers.
Wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
Meet in the Visitor's Center at the Information desk. The Center is just outside the parking lot and Metro Station.
