King Street – GW Masonic National Memorial - Old Town Walk ~5mi

Let's explore Old Town and see the area’s other George Washington monument up close!

Route:

• Start at the King Street Metro Station
• Take a left at King St, cross Callahan Dr, and take a left at the Masonic Temple Driveway
• Take a right onto the sidewalk and walk up the stairs, follow till the base of the monument
• After basking at the view of Old Town, head back down the stairs and back to King St Metro
• From the King St Metro Station, head across Diagonal Rd to the courtyard and go towards Prince St
• Follow Prince St till the waterfront, at the waterfront take a right
• Follow the waterfront trail till after the shipyard Park, and take a right, and then a right to get onto S Union St
• Take a left and go through the tunnel and take a right on South Royal St
• Follow South Royal till Duke St and take a right
• Follow Duke St to S Union St and take a left
• Follow S Union St to Queen St and take a right to get into Founders Park
• Walk north the path and take a left at Oronoco St
• Follow Oronoco St till N Royal St and take a left
• Follow N Royal St till Cameron St, take a left and then a right to get onto N Fairfax
• Follow N Fairfax till King St and take a right
• Follow King St till the metro
• Finish at the King Street Metro Station
