You'll cook, taste, and learn how food heals. Part cooking class, part nutrition lesson, taught by a holistic nutritionist who will explain what each dish is doing for your body. Space is limited, so grab your spot early.
We'll make three dishes together, an appetizer, a main, and something sweet to finish, all built around seasonal produce at its best. Refreshments and samples throughout, and you'll leave with the recipes and the confidence to make them again at home.
