A team of Chinese threat actors ‘Pagoda Construction Team’ built a network of customizable sites and applications to flood many international crime markets. They offer a turn-key solution for deception, "pig butchering" schemes, other fraud, and abuse impersonating many brands and services. We will examine their organization, patterns, and identities. This research resulted in a successful takedown of a significant part of the criminal network which changed the threat landscape of this type of cyber crime.
