COLUMBIA HEIGHTS/ADAMS MORGAN Morning (DC)

A friendly, long-standing neighborhood run. Many regulars forget to RSVP, so there might be a large group even if there are small numbers here. You should RSVP: we make no promises unless you sign up.

Routes/Pace: typically 4 to 5 miles, from 8:00 to 10:00 min/mi. We run in Rock Creek Park and on sidewalks in nearby neighborhoods.

Meeting Location: Rabaut Park, at intersection of 16th St. and Columbia Rd. NW.

Time: People start arriving at the scheduled time, and we leave about five minutes later. We usually run in the rain, but do not run with lighting/thunder. We update the event listing by 6:05 am if we're canceling.
