Saturday Morning Long(er) Run - Dupont Circle

Event: Saturday Morning Fun Run
Date: Saturday Mornings
Distance: We usually do anywhere from 8-20 miles, depending on what the group wants. When you RSVP, please indicate the distance you'd like to go. The Saturday morning run is designed for runners who may be training for 10ks, Half Marathons, or Full Marathons.
Pace: 8:00-11:30 min/mile (all pace groups welcome)
Location: Right in the middle of Dupont Circle near the fountain.
Time: The group meets at 8:00 a.m. and leaves a few minutes later. Please note the earlier start time! Please be courteous to your fellow runners and don't be late! If you decide to not participate, please update your RSVP no later than 7:40 a.m. ... otherwise, we will be waiting for you!

Directions: W on P street to Rock Creek Park Trail that connects you to M Street. W on M street, turn left on 34th street, go over bridge, turn right onto C&O. Turn around at Fletcher's Cove and head E on Capital Crescent (the paved path). Pass Georgetown waterfront and make a right turn onto Rock Creek Parkway. Run around Lincoln Monument until you hit Ohio dirve, and stay on Ohio around the Tidal Basin and around Haines Point. Take 15th street N, W on Constitution, and back onto Rock Creek Park N to P street. Enjoy!
