SHAW/BLOOMINGDALE Evening (DC)

Event: Wednesday Evening Fun Run

Time: Runners meet between 6:15 and 6:30 pm, a few announcements and then run will leave shortly after 6:30 pm.

Course: We run in the city on sidewalks, and routes often include hills. We change routes frequently but tend toward loops through the U St corridor, Columbia Heights and other nearby neighborhoods.

Distance: 3-5 miles (routes can be adjusted/shortened as needed)

Pace: Open to all paces. Run group leaders will do their best to split runners up into pace groups.

Other Information: Runners can store light personal belongings at the Boundary Stone during the run. Please know that neither Boundary Stone, the run group host, nor DC Capital Striders is responsible for your personal belongings. Please leave all valuables home, in your car, or carry them in a pack while you run.
