Carbon Removal Community Kick-Off

It's been a little while since we got together - and there's so much to celebrate!

In March, the Manylabs community merged with Carbon180, which partners with experts and change-makers across industries to fundamentally rethink carbon. Now we have even more exciting news to share: Our team at Carbon180 has officially launched Carbontech Labs, our startup business accelerator (www.carbontechlabs.org) and have begun recruiting teams for our first cohort! During the event, hear more about this exciting program and meet some of our early applicants and advisors.

Join us and other carbon removal professionals and enthusiasts—including entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, policy advocates, and more—to kick off a new season of programming for our carbon removal community.

We would like to thank our generous hosts, Lingrove, a carbontech company producing high-performance biomaterials. Their signature material, Ekoa®, is made of carbon negative natural fibers and plant resins replacing high-emitting materials like wood, carbon fiber, fiberglass, and metals. Ekoa® is lighter than carbon, stiffer than fiberglass and beautiful with a natural grain finish. The Lingrove team will offer a tour of their workshop as well as sneak previews of products from their biomaterial product launcher: Lingrove Loft.
