Real Estate tokenization is a hot topic and many companies are developing platforms where tokens of real estate assets can be traded. However this industry will start only after a critical mass of investors and real estate assets participate.

Without critical mass, the secondary market for token trading will not materialize. Francesco Impari will talk about the challenges to popularizing real estate tokenization and strategies to tackle them.
