The Japanese Spring Festival in the Augsburg Botanical Garden is a yearly event hosted by the local group of the German-Japanese-Society.
The program comprises various exhibitions and demonstrations related to Japanese culture as well as Japanese food.
There will also be people in cosplay costumes that make interesting photo opportunities.
There is also a relatively big Japanese Garden style area in the Botanical Garden.

This is a mostly outdoor event and may be cancelled when the weather forecast is bad (decision by May 10) - of course, you may still decide to go individually ...
While there is no event fee, you will have to pay the entrance fee for the Botanical Garden (4 Euro - Tickets should be ordered online to avoid waiting time in line) and transportation to the venue where applicable.
