Free Meditation on Saturday Morning
Free Meditation on Saturday Morning
In-person meditation Every Saturday 10:30 AM Sahaja Yoga is a method of actualizing the pure state of meditation, through the awakening of our inner spiritual energy. This experience of inner spiritual awakening also called as self-realization leads to a profound state of silence, a state of “Thoughtless Awareness”, where the mind is silent, and you simply witness the present moment. The Feminine Reset: Connection & Real Conversations
The Feminine Reset: Connection & Real Conversations
In a world that asks women & expansive identities to constantly perform, achieve, and hold it all together, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself—and with what you truly want in connection and intimacy. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and be real. Register here --> https://luma.com/n894dwjc Many of us are navigating questions around relationships, desire, and how we show up in our femininity—especially in a culture that doesn’t always make space for emotional depth. Some are feeling disconnected in partnerships, others are exploring new parts of their identity, and many are simply craving more meaningful connection. For queer women and those who didn’t always have the space to fully explore intimacy, it can feel especially unclear how to move forward or take action in ways that feel aligned. This is a space where those conversations are welcomed—with curiosity, not judgment. We’ll begin the evening by gathering over a shared potluck, giving time to arrive, connect, and settle in. From there, we’ll move into a guided circle with open, honest conversation around femininity, intimacy, desire, and what it means to feel seen and supported. There will be space to share, listen, and simply be present—no pressure, just invitation. As the evening unfolds, we’ll transition into a live musical experience to help us drop deeper into the body and into connection. Afterward, the space will open for continued flow, integration, and relaxed connection. **Event Flow:** 4:30 PM – Doors open 5:00 PM – Potluck + connection 5:30 PM – Guided circle begins (doors close) 7:30 PM – Musical experience 8:00 PM – Open flow This is a free gathering, and if it resonates with you, we invite you to bring a few women who could benefit from this kind of space. Come as you are—just as you are. Leave feeling more connected, supported, and in touch with yourself. Register here --> https://luma.com/n894dwjc **About the Host** **Alice Velado** is a freedom coach who supports women and expansive identities in reconnecting with themselves, their desires, and their sense of alignment. With a background in tantra and somatic awareness, Alice creates spaces that invite people to slow down, feel safe in their expression, and explore deeper connection—both within themselves and with others. Her work is rooted in the belief that when we begin to accept all parts of who we are, we naturally become more confident, magnetic, and connected in our relationships and in life. Through her experiences and the community she’s building with Liberated Journey, Alice is devoted to creating environments where people can be seen, supported, and inspired to live more fully as themselves. More info at [liberatedjourney.com](https://liberatedjourney.com/?utm_source=luma) #wellness

Practitioner Reiki Share
Practitioner Reiki Share
## Sunday, May 17, 2026 / 1:30- 3:30pm Mind’s Eye Plants – 100 E. Main St. Suite 202, Round Rock, TX \*All Levels Welcome!! \*This is a monthly event ## A Space For Those Who Practice Reiki To Come Home To Themselves. ## Whether you’re newly attuned or have years of experience, (or even years of inexperience) this in-person Reiki Share is where your practice deepens, your energy resets, and you remember why you started. ## **What This Is** This isn’t a class. This isn’t a performance. And you don’t have to prove anything here. This is a **Reiki Share for people who have been attuned to Reiki (any kind)** —a space to practice, receive, and connect with others who understand the quiet, powerful language of energy work. You’ll give Reiki. You’ll receive Reiki. And you’ll leave feeling more like yourself again. ## **You’ll Want to Be Here** Because even practitioners need support. Because giving all the time without receiving wears you down. Because your intuition sharpens when you’re in a room with others doing the same work. Because sometimes you just need to **lay down, breathe, and let someone else hold the space for you.** ## **What to Expect** * A welcoming, judgment-free environment * Guided opening to settle your energy and focus your awareness * Structured hands-on Reiki exchange (so everyone gives and receives) * Time for quiet reflection and integration * Optional sharing and connection (no pressure to speak) No egos. No hierarchy. Just real practice. ## **Who This Is For** This space is for people who: * Are attuned to Reiki (Level 1, 2, or Master) * Want to **practice without pressure** * Are craving **connection with like-minded people** * Feel a little disconnected from their practice and want to come back to it * Know that receiving is just as important as giving If that’s you—you’ll fit right in.

Weekly Meet Up Friendship Brunch for non-Religious Progressives.
We meet in Cedar Park or Leander every Sunday and sometimes get together mid-week. We are progressive, non-religious people. Attendance is about 6-10 (most don't RSVP here). We generally discuss what is going on in our lives, not as much religion and politics. Most of us deal with religious and conservative folks all week so this is OUR space to be OURSELVES. There are other atheist groups that discuss religion, some discuss politics and some forbid it. If you think our group fits you, text301-213-9533. Location hidden until then.

How to Take Control of YOUR Mental Health
How to Take Control of YOUR Mental Health
It’s time to take control of your mental health. How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind. Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself. Here is the secret of being positive and free: Thinking positively is not enough. You also have to get rid of the negative thinking. Your mind is like a garden. You can plant many beautiful flowers in it, but if you don't get rid of the weeds when you plant your flowers, the weeds will soon take over the whole garden. A positive thought is like a flower in your mental garden, and a negative thought is like a weed. You cannot expect to have a positive mindset if you continue to have negative thoughts dwelling and growing there. So, how do you get rid of the negative thoughts? That's what this Meetup is all about. Attend this local meeting and find out! The Meetup event will be led by a consultant who had helped many people live happier in life. Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is created by the Dianetics & Scientology life improvement center.

Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few. How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again. So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that. Come join us! Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is created by the Dianetics and Scientology life improvement center.

Free in-person event: Take Control of Your Mental Health
It’s time to take control of your mental health. How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind. Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself. Have you ever suffered from a traumatic experience, a deep loss or been through a painful breakup? Has your ability to communicate suffered as a result? And after that, even though you "moved on" did you find that things were never quite the same? Have you ever looked at childhood photos, or reminisced your early life and wondered where that happiness and spark went? Are your emotions out of your own control? Have you ever felt, even if you aren’t aware of it, that possibly you are getting in your own way of your happiness and success? How does this affect your self-confidence? Find out what is at the root of all stress, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. Find out how and why you hold yourself back from achieving your goals and having the life you have dreamed of. As soon as you learn what is at the root of these unwanted conditions, you’ll see it is something you can DO something about. You will not be labeled or categorized at this MeetUp.
