Silent Book Club is a group of book lovers who enjoy reading together in public. All books and all readers are welcome. (Kindly RSVP 'yes' only if you can make it, so we can save a seat for you and our fellow readers on the waitlist!) This page-turning party will unfold in the Café (1st floor) at the Bode Museum. We will meet at Röntgental Station at 11.46 on the platform (I will be arriving on the S2 leaving Gesundbrunnen platform 4 at 11.26). We will hike approximately 7km to the Gorinsee which is supposed to be one of the warmest lakes in the area and break there for a swim-picnic. Please bring food, water and swim gear if you like to swim. The pace will be relaxed and we aim to finish up at a beergarden (either in Buch or Pankow, but close to an S2 station). The route is mostly hiking path but please wear good walking shoes, and bring sun cream and mosquito spray if needed. We will hike about 15km.
