Laughter Yoga is a unique concept that combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing to promote wellness and overall happiness. You will learn how to laugh without reason. The event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, boost their mood, and connect with others in a light-hearted and fun way. You don't need any yoga experience, just the willingness to laugh. **Do I need special clothing?** * Just wear comfortable clothes. Please bring some thick socks or clean shoes for the room. **Do I need anything else?** * It is essential to stay hydrated. **Please bring some water**. * Comfortable clothes.
