We have a special guest presenter for our last debrief meetup for the 2023 - Matt Hingston, Executive Manager Customer Services from Hunter Water Corporation.

Hunter Water have a strategic ambition of “Putting customers and the community at the heart of all we do”. A new Customer Experience Strategy has been developed and actioned to drive a whole of business approach to evolve services, process, technology and culture to bring this ambition to life.

Join us for end-of-year drinks sponsored by NewyTechPeople and hear Matt share Hunter Water's Customer Experience Strategy and case study.

Time: 5.30pm start for networking. 6pm presentation and end-of-year drinks - Venue TBC
