The actual distance likely will be plus or minus about 46KM.
For our training on 12 July, we shall start 0745 and the rest of the checkpoint cut off time is adjusted by 45 mins. For example, we start at the Sport Hub at 0745 hrs and we have to reach the Bishan Sport Centre (checkpoint 1) before 0945 and Yio Chu Kang Sport Centre (checkpoint 2) before 1145 and so forth.

- Starting Point: Sports Hub (Flagged Off at 0745)
- Checkpoint 1: Bishan Sport Centre (Cut off time: 0945)
- Checkpoint 2: Yio Chu Kang Sport Centre (Cut off time: 1145)
- Checkpoint 3: Sengkang Sport Centre (Cut off time: 1345)
- Checkpoint 4: Pasir Ris Sports Centre (Cut off time: 1545)
- Checkpoint 5: Our Tampines Hub (Cut off time: 1745)
- Checkpoint 6: Heartbeat @ Bedok (Cut off time: 1945)
- End Point: Sports Hub (Cut off time: 2215)

Where to meet at start point? Stadium MRT station Exit A (Facing Kallang Wave Mall)
Hydrate yourself well 1~2 days before actual day by drinking 2L to 2.5L of water daily. Do moderate exercise throughout the weeks.
Remember to drink 300ml of water with some salt the night before the walk. Drink another 300ml of water first thing in the morning on actual day of the walk.
