Large language models (LLMs) have undoubtedly been all the rage recently and with good reason. The technology seems promising, but it's surprisingly challenging to develop a solution that isn't just another thin layer built on top of the LLM. At Sellestial, we are working to create a sophisticated, AI-first solution that empowers salespeople. We have experimented with OpenAI's LLMs for nearly a year now and have been utilizing LLMs in production for nine months. We will share some insights and techniques we've discovered along the way to help you begin building your first AI solutions.

UI v zagonskem podjetju
Veliki jezikovni modeli so v zadnjem času upravičeno zelo priljubljena tema. Tehnologija sicer veliko obeta, vendar je presenetljivo težko razviti rešitev, ki ni samo še ena tanka plast nad jezikovnim modelom. V Sellestialu razvijamo sofisticirano UI rešitev za prodajalce. Z OpenAI modeli se igramo že skoraj eno leto in jih zadnjih 9 mesecev dnevno uporabljamo v produkciji. Predstaviti želimo našo dosedanjo pot - nekaj tehnik in trikov s katerimi bo lahko vsakdo pričel graditi lastne rešitve na osnovi umetne inteligence.

Generative AI in Drug discovery
In the past years, and especially since the introduction of ChatGPT, generative AI has received significant attention among entrepreneurs, investors, and the general public seeking novel applications. The problem, as we see it, is that image and text data modalities receive the most spotlight while overshadowing other fields, like drug discovery. In this presentation, we would like to demonstrate the very basics of drug discovery, some of the common problems, and specifically one use-case of how generative adversarial networks (GANs) can be used to find new drugs without actually doing the experiments yourself.

Generativna UI za odkrivanje novih zdravil
V zadnjih letih, še posebej od prihoda orodja ChatGPT, je veliko pozornosti usmerjene na področje umetne inteligence. Podjetniki, investitorji in tudi splošna javnost poskušajo najti vedno nove načine uporabe te tehnologije. Večina pozornosti je usmerjene v modele, ki kot izhodni podatek podajo besedilo ali sliko, ostale modalnosti pa so veliko bolj zapostavljene. Predstavili bomo osnovne principe odkrivanja novih zdravil in najpogostejše ovire, ki se v tem procesu pojavijo. Podrobneje bomo obdelali primer uporabe GAN-ov (generative adversarial networks), ki omogočajo odkrivanje novih zdravil brez izvajanja laboratorijskih poskusov.
