Speaker:
Zhi Zhang is an Applied Scientist at Amazon AI. He received a PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. His research interests include multimedia content retrieval, object recognition and classification, wild animal detection, and person re-identification.
He is an active committer at Apache MXNet, Gluon CV and other deep learning projects.
