What we’re about

Deep Listening Practice Circle is a relational mindfulness practice that aims to cultivate open heart by holding space for yourself and others in a way that most people have never knew and experienced before.

It is an antidote of what we encounter in day to day personal or business conversations. Shifting people from speaking 'about' to speaking 'from'. When we speak from the depth of our inner experience and who we are, we naturally become more open and connected – not just with ourselves but with others.

Deep listening practice is an opportunity to experience how tuning in with one another from the heart space feels like. By participating and be present to ourselves and others, the relational space we create becomes the teacher. It is the space that doesn't need you to change yourself or others, yet by being there, something in you gently shifts.

In the practice you start listening in an entirely fresh new way. What comes from it, is a deeper level of spontaneity that includes compassion, relatedness, insights and wisdom expressed in an authentic voice. Often practitioners describe the deep connection that occurs during the practice as 'dropping from the head to the heart space.'

Practice Agenda:

  • Heart centered meditation
  • Check in
  • Breakout room to share and listen in a small group
  • Check out

What We Do:

  • No advice giving, just listening and sharing what emerges in your experience.
  • We incorporate silence in our listening
  • We slow down the way we express ourselves and listen to others
  • We tap into a full spectrum of responsiveness to include sensing, feeling, listening through our heart, body and mind.

We have the practice every 3rd Wednesday of the Month delivered virtually at 9am PST/12pm EST/6pm CET. The sessions are 90 minutes long.

PS: this is NOT therapy sessions. It is for people who want to deepen their mindfulness practice, cultivate listening skills and learn how to go on together as inter-connected beings.

To maintain a safe container, PLEASE TURN ON YOUR VIDEO during the session.
