Weekend of Transformational Connection & Surrendered Leadership

What's this weekend event about?

We are entering into the mystery of being together... we don't know yet who will be there or what kinds of insights we'll encounter, but we know that we'll navigate whatever happens with a deep sense of love. Self- and-other love, relational love, impersonal love, universal love.

The kind of love that can be hard and cut through to the heart of the matter, and the kind of love that receives everything with grace and acceptance.

Individually and collectively we'll be deepening into expression and attunement, speaking and listening, finding where we can be more free and finding where we can be more humbly connected.

It will be a weekend of deep meditation, where we'll start to see every expression (and seeming non-expression) as an expression of Being.

You'll experience how simple connection can open the door to deep transformation and how it supports meaningful relationships and new ways to communicate more skilfully, both within and beyond these kinds of events.

What is Transformational Connection?

These practices invite us into deeper awareness and authentic connection, with ourselves, others, and life. Through simple yet powerful ways of paying attention, such as relational meditation and conscious communication, we learn to stay present, open, and real. These practices aren’t about self-improvement, but about coming home to who we truly are and allowing that truth to guide how we live and lead.

What is Surrendered Leadership?

Surrendered Leadership invites us to lead and follow from presence, not control. It’s a practice of trusting what is alive in each moment, in ourselves, in others, and in the space between us. Rather than managing or directing the flow, we practice to surrender to it, allowing authenticity, connection, and collective wisdom to guide the way. In this space, leadership becomes a shared experience, where everyone’s truth and awareness contribute to what unfolds.

Saturday 10 am to 5:30 pm
& Sunday 10 am to 5:30 pm.
