Men.

๐Ÿ‘‰Book๐Ÿ‘ˆ

Most of us have learned to keep going.
We think more than we feel.

We carry responsibility without asking for support.

We stay busy while slowly losing the connection with ourselves.

Sooner or later, that starts to cost us.

Breathing with Brothers is an invitation to slow down, get out of your head, and reconnect with your body.

Not to become someone else.
To become more yourself.

Through conscious, connected breath, you'll begin to notice what has been living beneath the surface. Tension. Emotion. Clarity. Strength. The breath has a way of revealing what we've been too busy, distracted, or defended to feel.

You don't have to force anything.
You don't have to perform.
You simply breathe and allow your body to do what it already knows.

What to expect

We begin with a short check-in, giving every man the chance to arrive and share what is present.

From there, we'll move into a guided 45-minute breathwork session. The continuous breathing pattern helps calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with your body. Every experience is different. Some men feel deep relaxation, others release emotion, while many simply leave feeling lighter, clearer and more grounded.

Afterwards, we sit together in a sharing circle. There is no fixing, analysing or advising. Just honest conversation between men who are willing to show up as they are.

Sometimes we include simple Authentic Relating exercises to deepen connection and bring awareness to what's happening in the moment.

This isn't therapy, although many men experience it as deeply therapeutic.

This evening may be for you if you want to:

  • Feel more grounded and present.
  • Get out of your head and back into your body.
  • Release stress and tension.
  • Connect with other men in an honest way.
  • Explore yourself without judgement.
  • Build a stronger relationship with yourself.

Whether this is your first experience of men's work or you've been on this path for years, you're welcome.

Why a space for men?

Many men have never experienced being fully seen by other men without competition, judgement or the pressure to have it all together.

Something changes when we realise we don't have to carry everything alone.

In this circle, there is room for your strength and your vulnerability. Your confidence and your uncertainty. Your anger, grief, joy and longing.

You don't need to be the strongest man in the room.
You just need to be yourself.

What others experienced

โ€œI attended Breathing with Brothers and never expected a breathing session to affect me so deeply. It helped me release years of held emotions, reconnect with myself, and experience a level of vulnerability I had never f elt safe enough to show before. I left feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply healed. It was one of the most powerful personal experiences Iโ€™ve had.โ€

How I hold the space

The group is intentionally small, with a maximum of five men. That creates enough safety for everyone to be seen, heard and supported.

The agreements are simple.

Respect yourself.
Respect each other.
Respect the space.

Within those boundaries, everything that is genuinely present is welcome.

About me

My name is Dirk.

For more than 13 years, I've worked with men as a body-oriented psychotherapist and integral coach.

I don't believe most men need fixing.
I believe many of us have become disconnected from our bodies, our direction and each other.

My role isn't to tell you who to become.
It's to create a space where you can reconnect with who you already are.

If this speaks to you, I'd love to welcome you.
