Led by Meagan, a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and somatic coach, these sessions provide a unique opportunity to release stress, process emotions, and cultivate deep inner healing. Drawing on her professional expertise in leadership and systems-building, and her personal journey through grief, trauma, and recovery, Meagan creates a safe container for beginners and experienced practitioners to explore these transformative modalities.
Each gathering combines intentional breathwork techniques, guided meditation, and somatic healing practices designed to help you:

Medicine Buddha Circle - Join together in shared healing energy through voice and intention, appealing to the healing Buddha for physical, mental, and spiritual renewal and protection.
