About us
Welcome to a sacred space of transformation and healing in Kennesaw. Our breathwork, meditation, and healing circles offer a supportive environment for anyone seeking to reconnect with their authentic self through powerful somatic practices.
Led by Meagan, a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and somatic coach, these sessions provide a unique opportunity to release stress, process emotions, and cultivate deep inner healing. Drawing on her professional expertise in leadership and systems-building, and her personal journey through grief, trauma, and recovery, Meagan creates a safe container for beginners and experienced practitioners to explore these transformative modalities.
Each gathering combines intentional breathwork techniques, guided meditation, and somatic healing practices designed to help you:
- Release stored tension and emotional blocks
- Develop a more nurturing relationship with your body
- Access deeper states of presence and awareness
- Build community with like-minded individuals on healing journeys
Whether you're navigating life transitions, processing trauma, seeking recovery support, or simply curious about breathwork's potential, these circles offer powerful tools for self-discovery and renewal. Join us to experience how conscious breathing and embodied awareness can become pathways to profound healing and personal evolution.
All are welcome in this judgment-free space where your unique journey is honored and supported.

4-Week Embodied Book Study Experience
Kennesaw GA, Kennesaw, GA, USSome books don't just get read—they get lived. The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer is a guide to the space behind your thoughts—the quiet awareness that's been there under every emotion, story, and reaction you've ever had. Singer walks readers through what it actually means to stop identifying with the inner voice in your head, release the energy blockages that keep old pain on repeat, and live from a place of presence instead of protection. It's part psychology, part spirituality, and entirely practical.
This four-week journey through the book is an invitation to meet the parts of you that have been running the show from behind the curtain, and finally set them down. The experience includes one shared online gathering, two in-person sessions in Kennesaw, and self-guided reading rhythm that holds you accountable without holding you hostage.
👉🏻How it works
Aug 11–Sept 12, you'll move through the book at a suggested pace of 1/2 to one chapter a day, paired with a chapter-by-chapter reflection walkthrough (accessed via your own login at definingmountains.com) built to take the material from concept to somatic experience—30–60 minutes a day, reading plus reflection.
You'll need your own copy of the book—purchase, library, or digital, whatever you prefer.
🌿We gather three times
— Sat, Aug 15, 11am (online, full group)—after Part 1
— Sat, Aug 29, 11am (in-person, Kennesaw)—after Parts 2 & 3
— Sat, Sept 12, 11am (in-person, Kennesaw)—after Parts 4 & 5In-person sessions run two hours and include breathwork, sound healing, group reflection, and optional Hapé (disclosures sent via email before the first session—participation is always optional).
*A fully online version is also available on my website.
Space is intimate by design—limited to 8 in-person participants—so the group can go deep, not wide.
Investment: $222
Registration deadline: August 11🖊️ Please, note:
This is purchased as a full experience, not an à la carte series—I ask that you commit to the whole arc, not just the sessions that fit your calendar. If something comes up and you miss a planned gathering, you're welcome to join my weekly online Tuesday breathwork group at no charge in its place. While I cannot offer refunds for this experience, you can have whole or partial transference, depending on when you need to cancel: Before August 1 and your funds transfer to any other Defining Mountains offering.
