Welcome to a sacred space of transformation and healing in Kennesaw. Our breathwork, meditation, and healing circles offer a supportive environment for anyone seeking to reconnect with their authentic self through powerful somatic practices.
Led by Meagan, a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and somatic coach, these sessions provide a unique opportunity to release stress, process emotions, and cultivate deep inner healing. Drawing on her professional expertise in leadership and systems-building, and her personal journey through grief, trauma, and recovery, Meagan creates a safe container for beginners and experienced practitioners to explore these transformative modalities.
Each gathering combines intentional breathwork techniques, guided meditation, and somatic healing practices designed to help you:
- Release stored tension and emotional blocks
- Develop a more nurturing relationship with your body
- Access deeper states of presence and awareness
- Build community with like-minded individuals on healing journeys

Join us under the energy of the Sturgeon Full Moon for a breathwork and sound healing meditation designed to reconnect you with your inner resilience, clarity, and direction. This moon invites us to reflect on what we’ve been harvesting and to let go of what no longer feeds us.
In this 90-minute experience, you’ll be guided through conscious, connected breath to help clear stuck energy, open space in the body, and listen more deeply to the truth already within you. It’s both a release and a reorientation.
### What to Bring & How to Prepare:
- Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, chapstick, and water
- Journal + pen for post-session reflection
- Optional: essential oils, crystals, or anything that helps you feel supported and grounded
No prior breathwork experience is needed. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to meet yourself.
I ask that you please REGISTER HERE with integrity, so I can properly prepare the space.
This is a donation-based event.
