## Event Description

The Fall Breath, Body & Sound Mini-Retreat is a 3+ hour gathering to ground, release, and reconnect.

๐Ÿ•’ Schedule (starting at 3:00 PM):
- Intention Circle (15 min): Open and set your focus for the afternoon.
- Breathwork (45 min): Guided practice to move energy and clear stuck patterns.
- Break (20 min): Refreshments + reflection time.
- Cord-Cutting Circle (30 min: Energy + intention practice to release what no longer serves.
-Short Break (10 min)
-Soundbath (30 min): Rest into sound and vibration.
-Closing Circle (15 min): Share, integrate, and ground.

๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ What to Bring:
-Water bottle
-Yoga mat, blanket, or anything you need to feel comfortable outdoors in fall weather
-Loose-fitting clothing that you can relax and breathe easily in

๐Ÿ‡ Food Note: Please avoid eating or drinking heavily right before the retreat. A light snack will be provided during our break.

๐Ÿš— Parking: Please park in the pool parking lot upon arrival.
