This 1-hour breathwork session is a grounded, guided journey into your body, breath, and emotional landscape. We’ll begin by settling the nervous system, opening the lungs, and reconnecting you to your inner rhythm.
Expect a mix of science-backed breath techniques, somatic awareness, energetic cleansing, and a gentle integration at the end. No prior experience needed.
Before the Session
- Eat lightly (or not at all) 1–2 hours beforehand.
- Hydrate.
- Avoid alcohol or substances that alter your state.
What to Bring
- A yoga mat, blanket, and/or bolster
- A pillow for under your knees or low back
- Water
- A journal (optional but helpful for integration)
