Set one intention, then work alongside others in timed Pomodoro blocks, quietly, together. If you don’t have a project, we’ll provide reflection and creativity prompts to guide your attention. This hour is for momentum, clarity, and calm productivity.

Bring: laptop, notebook, or sketchpad.
Leave: lighter, clearer, and more complete.

  • Arrival + Declaration (10 min)
  • Everyone states one thing they’ll focus on: a task, idea, or thought prompt (if they don’t bring work).
  • Host reads the day’s Focus Prompt
  • Work Block 1 (15 min)
  • Timed Pomodoro. Quiet work or reflection.
  • Music optional
  • Micro Break (5 min)
  • Stretch, hydrate, jot one insight.
  • Work Block 2 (15 min)
  • Continue or pivot
  • Cooldown (10 min)
  • Two-minute share: “What moved?” or “What became clear?”
  • End with a collective breath or one-word checkout.
